Select is the top of our pitted range: whole pitted Aseel with intact skins, uniform color and virtually no broken pieces — carefully sorted twice, once before pitting and once after. If the date is going to be seen by the end customer, this is the grade to buy.

It performs beautifully in premium retail packs, stuffed-date confectionery and any bakery application where the fruit stays visible. Sweetness is natural and stable, with no added sugars, syrups or preservatives — a single-ingredient product.
