Industrial grade is sold on food safety, sugar content and price — not on looks. It is the standard feedstock for date paste and syrup production, powder milling and fermentation applications, where every kilo gets transformed anyway.
Despite the name, it passes through the same washing, pitting and metal-detection line as every other grade in this catalog, and ships with the same certificates. If you run your own paste plant, this is the cheapest honest kilo of Aseel you can land.
